Product Description
50kW Gas Generator & CHP
The generator set use gaseous fuel as its power resource and through spark ignition engine to convert thermal power to electricity. Cooling system, lubrication system, fuel supply system, control system, power output system, synchronization system, heat recovering system and base plate are equipped. It is an integrated electrical output equipment and it also accepts various gaseous fuel. - Gas engine is connected with alternator SAE flywheel housing through a torque elastic coupling and then been installed on a solid base plate. Shock mitigation system is also installed to avoid shake during operation.
- Gas valve set, which includes manual globe valve, pressure gauge, filter and pressure regulating valve, is integrated on the base plate.

Proved gas engine is controlled by imported gas close-loop lean-burn control system which includes high energy ignition system, gas-exclusive speed regulator, fuel flow rate control valve, variable Venturi mixture. The system is also optimized by our company to achieve high reliability and efficiency.- Alternator
Reliable and efficient mported brushless self-excited AC synchronized alternator is selected.- Jacket Water Heat Recover System
